Protect yourself.

Protect yourself.

The CGA Rider is a two page contract addendum that you can attach to any brand deal for IP, NIL, AI, and basic protections.

Here's how the Rider protects you.

Here's how the Rider protects you.

Get Paid on Time

Creators deserve timely payment for their work. The CGA Rider ensures that participating brands and agencies commit to paying you within a reasonable and clearly defined timeline.

Own Your Content

Your content is your intellectual property. The CGA Rider protects your ownership rights so you retain full control over what you create, how it is used, and how long a brand can use it.

Protect your Name, Image and Likeness

The CGA Rider establishes clear protections over your name, image, and likeness. It also places limits on how your identity and content can be used to train or generate AI, ensuring you maintain control as it evolves.

Get Credited for Work

The CGA Rider requires that proper credit is given whenever your work is published or shared. Your name stays attached to what you create, building your reputation and making you easier to find and hire.

See Your Impact

The CGA Rider guarantees you access to performance data from your campaigns. Know how your content performed, understand the value you delivered, and use that data to negotiate stronger deals next time.

Fair Treatment, Built In

The CGA Rider includes indemnity protections, clear termination rights, and fair dispute resolution. These terms ensure you are treated as a partner in every deal, not a vendor to be managed.
