Something not right? Submit a request through the Concierge form. Tell us what happened, which platform or company is involved, and what you need help with. The more detail you provide, the faster we can move.
Review
A member of the CGA team reviews your request and evaluates how we can help. We may reach out for additional details or context to make sure we fully understand the situation before taking any next steps.
Respond
We get back to you with guidance, resources, or direct introductions to the right people. If the issue involves a platform dispute or account problem, we leverage our industry relationships to try and move things forward.
