Applicant has been paid via a recognized platform*, brand, or agency to write, or to perform visually or vocally in the work, OR the applicant has established a paid subscriber base with 10 or more active users.

Applicant has founded a company in the creator economy, has written proprietary code for such a company, OR has produced audio, visual, episodic or AR/VR experiences natively distributed on a recognized platform*.

Rights

Applicant has obtained all necessary licenses and permissions in connection with the work submitted. The work does not violate any laws, rules, regulations, platform policies, terms of service, or the rights of any third party, and was not created using artificial modification. Work must have been distributed on a recognized* platform, free of any copyright infringement and / or artificial modification, and remain compliant with platform terms.

Guild Status

Guild members can submit an unlimited number of eligible works to receive the "Created by" credit for each work. Non-Members are limited to recieving up to 5 credits.

Submitting for Accreditation

Works are first authenticated by your peers, and then reviewed, accredited, and published to our database.

Resources

Leverage our collective resources, sample contracts, and paid averages to optimize ownership and fair compensation.

Submit

First, authenticate your work by using Mosaic and request for accreditation. This process is completed over email and takes a few seconds.

Review

The CGA will review your request and contact you for any additional evidence if required. Eligible work that complies with our Creator Code of Credits (above), will receive the "Created by" credit.

Approval

Once approved, your name, role(s) and project title will be listed on our official public database. Works within each calendar year will be eligible for awards.
