These are the standards a credit must meet to be considered for award eligibility. Familiarize yourself with the requirements now. When Awards launches, your existing credits will be evaluated against these criteria.

Requirements

Active CGA Member has been paid via a recognized platform*, brand, or agency to write, or to perform visually or vocally in the work, OR the applicant has established a paid subscriber base with 10 or more active users.

Active CGA Member has directed the creative, or managed the social or community of a third party brand, OR applicant has been paid by a brand, agency or creator, to photograph, film, edit, design or create original digital work.

Requirements

Active CGA Member has founded a company in the creator economy, has written proprietary code for such a company, OR has produced audio, visual, episodic or AR/VR experiences natively distributed on a recognized platform*.

Reach

The work must have been distributed on a recognized platform* and have reached 10,000 or more combined impressions, or downloads, or registered users.

Rights

Applicant has obtained all necessary licenses and permissions in connection with the work submitted. The work does not violate any laws, rules, regulations, platform policies, terms of service, or the rights of any third party, and was not created using artificial modification. Work must have been distributed on a recognized* platform, free of any copyright infringement and / or artificial modification, and remain compliant with platform terms.

Guild Status

Members and Associates can both submit an unlimited number of credits. However, only CGA Members are eligible for award consideration. If you are an Associate, upgrade to membership to ensure your best work qualifies.
