The world has shifted
There was a time when creators were looked at merely as marketing expenses. We think creators are the next generation of our greatest entrepreneurs. It's estimated that creator economy will reach $500 billion next year, which is larger than most countries' GDP.
We exist for your benefit
The CGA is a non profit 501c6 that represents creators across Media, Marketing and Makers. We're not a union, we're a professional labor organziation that educates, advocates and fights for creators's rights.
Why does it matter?
Platforms own your audience, creators aren't in the best place to own their future. There's no one representing the rights of creative people, who by far and large are generating the pixels that the world is eating. We're helping move the power away from the center (platforms, studios, etc.) to the poeple. By uniting our voices, we're already making a difference.
Our approach is around building infrastructure. We've established accreditation and even a global contract rider to help protect creators. We believe in education and our goal is to empower creators to think more like companies.

Does it cost anything?
Yes, $99 for the year. You can also earn free membership dues by helping spread the word. If you're not eligible, you can sign up as an associate for free.
Creators have never had a home. Directors, lawyers, accountants, doctors, are all recognized by the government as professional groups of people. Creators are still thought of as marketing layer, rather than as the creative talents that are helping to transform economies. Commerce, travel, entertainment, entrepreneurship, is all going to be driven by you, creators.
